  • Nail Prep

    Please refrain from popping off, biting off or ripping off your nails in between sets or before seeing me from a previous service provider. Doing this removes keratin layers and damages the dorsal layer of the nail plate which increases the chances of your nails lifting or not lasting. I soak off my work at no cost, please choose this as an add-on to your service if you require a soak-off.

  • Foreign Work (Fills, Soak-Offs, Re-Shapes)

    As much as I would love to remove your previous set by another tech, I do not know what product they’ve used and how they’ve applied it. Foreign soak-offs have taken me upwards of 45 mins to 1hour in the past and that’s no longer feasible for me to continue doing in between other clients. If you are transitioning from another service provider to me, please arrive with clean nails and toes so we can ensure consistent results based on my techniques. There will be no exceptions to this. If you arrive to your appointment with foreign work applied, your appointment will have to be cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Deposits

    A non-refundable $30 deposit is due upon booking. Payment is made seamlessly via the booking site. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or no-show you agree to forfeit your deposit.

  • Late Policy & No Shows

    Life happens! I allow clients a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. Anything more than 10 minutes will result in a cancellation or rescheduling as starting late may bleed into my next client. If you are running late, please send me a text with your ETA.

    With respect to everyone’s time, please do your absolute best to notify me if you are unable to make it to your appointment. No-shows from new clients will not be able to rebook at any time.

  • Location

    I am located at Luxury Beauty Collective in Hurst, TX in booth #3. Please note, the space is intimate and we ask that you do not bring any extra guests and no children unless they’re being serviced.

    I do service children 13 years and older. Children can be accompanied by 1 parent/guardian. While I service children, there is no children’s rate. All rates are the same.

  • Maintenence

    I suggest going no longer than 2-3 weeks in between builder gel maintenance and no longer than 3-4 weeks for gelx services. To reduce the chance of lifting, damaged nails, or polish chipping - come and see me as soon as you can. Use cuticle oil at minimum 3x daily, wear gloves when cleaning & do not peel off your polish or enhancements. If you notice lifting, please notify me ASAP as lifted nails can retain water/moisture and cause bacteria if not fixed in a timely manner.

  • Work Guarantee

    I guarantee all of my work, but things happen and I’m human! Should your nails or toes chip or lift within 1-week post-appointment, I will repair it for free! Book it under the “repair (1-week guarantee) service online.

  • Cancellation Policy

    I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before your appointment. Appointments must be canceled within 48 hours before your appointment time. No refunds are provided if appointments are canceled or no-showed with less than a 48-hour notice. See the deposit section for more info on cancellation & no-show charges.

  • Parking

    Parking is available in a spacious lot at the salon.

  • Arrivals

    If you are more than 10 mins early, please wait to be serviced. You're welcome to check in with me if you are early, however, if I am unable to respond, I may be occupied and will come to greet you on time. If you are on time, come on in.
