Nail Package Terms of Service

By purchasing and enrolling in a nail service package with Amber Did My Nails, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Package Commitment

All nail packages are a service commitment. By signing up, you agree to receive services within the package timeframe as outlined at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to another client under any circumstances.

3. Expiration Policy

Packages must be used within the specified timeframe provided at purchase. Any unused services remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and will not be credited, refunded, or carried over.

4. Booking & Scheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• It is the client’s responsibility to schedule appointments early to ensure availability within the package period.

• Packages do not guarantee preferred dates or times.

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All package appointments are subject to the standard cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the required notice period.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of that package service.

• Missed appointments are not replaced or credited.

6. Lateness Policy

Arriving late may result in a shortened service or cancellation. If a service cannot be completed due to lateness, the appointment will be considered fulfilled and deducted from the package.

7. Service Scope

Packages apply only to the specific services listed at the time of purchase.

Upgrades, add-ons, nail art, specialty designs, length changes, or premium services are not included unless explicitly stated and will be charged separately at the time of service.

8. No Substitutions

Services within a package may not be substituted for other services, discounted services, or retail products.

9. Policy Changes

Amber Did My Nails reserves the right to update or modify package terms at any time. Any changes will not affect packages already purchased unless required by law.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a nail package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
